New community-based website to launch this summer

Leaders from various community groups have come together to identify and discuss communication issues and organization challenges, and create links between groups that could expand the capabilities of each through a network of support. The groups have been meeting quarterly to identify how they can work and communicate together for the common good.  The result is ConnectMontgomery.com, a tool used to address common needs of the participating organizations.

ConnectMontgomery.org was designed to further connect these groups with each other while building awareness among the community to help increase participation, membership and volunteer efforts. At one website, visitors can see news, a calendar of events and information from eight community organizations! You can even register to receive a monthly e-Newsletter to keep you up to date.
